**Shipping Policy**

**1. Shipping Methods and Times**

We offer the following shipping methods:

- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and do not account for order processing time.

**2. Order Processing**

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day. During periods of high volume (sales and major promotions) it will take longer to process and fulfill. We ask for your understanding and patience while we do our best to process and fulfill orders as quickly possible.

 



**3. Shipping Rates**

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the package and the destination. Rates will be displayed at checkout before payment. 
**4. International Shipping**

We currently do/do not offer international shipping. For international orders, additional customs fees, taxes, and duties may apply. These fees are not included in the shipping charges and are the responsibility of the customer.

**5. Tracking Your Order**

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.

**6. Shipping Restrictions**

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or shipping regulations.

**7. Returns and Exchanges**

For information on returns and exchanges, please refer to our Return Policy. 

**8  Shipping Delays**

Please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery of your package within the estimated timeframe. Shipping carriers may experience service disruptions that could result in delays. If your package is delayed, we kindly ask that you contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us. As we utilize third-party carriers like USPS, we do not have control over their shipping timelines. For assistance, you may contact us at sales@islandbeautykollections.com.

Please be aware that we do not offer refunds for shipping delays. IBK is not liable for any costs incurred due to delayed or incorrect orders. We are unable to reimburse shipping fees for any delays.

We recommend scheduling your hair appointment only after your order has been delivered.

 IBK is not responsible for your hair appointment cancellation fees assessed by your Hair Stylist/Salon. We ask that you receive and confirm all items purchased before confirming any and all hair appointments.
